About Chromosome Disorder Outreach, Inc.

Chromosome Disorder Outreach, Inc. (CDO) is a non-profit organization founded in 1992 by a group of seven parents raising children born with rare chromosome disorders. Our children are affected by a wide range of chromosome disorders, including deletions, duplications, trisomies, inversions, translocations, and rings. Many of our members have been told 'they are the only ones out there!'.

Donations are fully tax deductible as provided by law and are used to fund CDO's many support programs including - family matching, listserv, database registry, website, newsletter and member library.  CDO does not employ professional fundraisers.
